Vegan Sausage & Egg Sandwich

Even my non-vegan friends LOVE this sandwich! When an awesome alternative exists... I always say choose the kinder, healthier option! Cook-along with us on Pinterest TV and inspire your friends to eat more plants! 𝑺𝒆𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒕 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑭𝒓𝒆𝒆 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒕-𝑩𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝑪𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔!

Ingredients:

  • beyond breakfast sausage patties

  • just egg folded patties

  • vegan english muffins (or) pretzilla buns

  • vegan cheddar slices (optional)

  • avocado (optional)

  • spring onions (optional)

  • ground black pepper

Easy Vegan Recipe | Sausage & Egg McMuffin:

  1. Pre-heat your toaster oven to 350 F and line backing tray with tin foil.

  2. Bake your vegan eggs and sausages approx. 7min then flip and continue baking for another 7min or so.

  3. Add your english muffins and optional vegan cheese during the last few min so that your bread toasts and the cheese melts. If you need more space on your tray remove the sausages since they cook faster than the eggs.

  4. Combine into sandwich and top with spring onions, avocado, & black pepper! Yum:)

Tip: Some brands of english muffins are not vegan so make sure you read the ingredients!
