Costume Rental Policies:
RENTAL RATE $5/set/day ~ One Week Minimum
FREE PICKUP/DROPOFF at our Midtown Manhattan Location (or) Pay for Shipping
LATE RETURNS $10/set/day, you must notify us otherwise we will assume lost
LOST COSTUMES Security deposit will not be refunded
SECURITY DEPOSIT Buy now value minus your rental fee will be fully refunded within 24hrs after costumes are returned and inspected for damage.
DAMAGES No charge for minimal damage (see below)
Normal wear & tear on costumes is expected and won't incur extra charges. Damage charges will be assessed for tears, discoloration, permanent stains or any other damage that renders the costumes unrentable. Damage fees include the cost of the supplies needed to restore the costumes to its original state as well as labor costs. Costumes may not be cut, dyed, painted or permanently altered. Major damage to costumes, including irreparable tears, major seam damage, or irreversible alterations will be assessed at the replacement value of the costumes.
